Professional Bio – Dawn McQuinn, RN Dawn McQuinn is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience in acute care, ICU, community health, forensic nursing, dementia care, disability services, and complex supportive living systems. Her work focuses on evaluating whether healthcare delivery met recognized professional standards of care. She has extensive experience working with CLBC, MCFD, multidisciplinary teams, and community mental health systems. Dawn has served as a Forensic Nurse Examiner and leads development of health protocols, standards of care, and training programs. She is a Dementia Training Affiliate with the NTG and participates in national research on dementia screening in IDD populations.
