Debi Matias

Biographical Info Over 35 years of experience in a variety of cross-cultural clinical settings in Canada. I have focused on administration for over 24 years working for Health Canada, provincial health centres and non-profit organizations. I completed a BScN from Laurentian University and a Masters in Nursing from the University of Manitoba. I also attended the Outpost Nursing Program at Dalhousie in 1997 and completed the Indigenous Relationship and Culture Awareness Course in 2020. I have worked extensively with interprofessional teams and have an in-depth knowledge of scopes of practice, policy and procedure development and documentation standards. I am detailed oriented, self-motivated and adhere to professional nursing standards.
